Your name, work email, professional credential (and membership number, if you give one), phone number (if given), whether you asked for a call, your answers to the six optional profiling questions, the pricing example you clicked before submitting, how you arrived at this page (campaign or referral), and the timestamp and exact wording of the consent notice shown to you at the time you submitted.
Why it is collected
Solely to gauge interest from Florida marine surveyors before byHIN is built, to reach you about byHIN's launch, and to shape what gets built first. Never for advertising. Never shared or sold. Never a shared or rented list.
Retention
Your record is retained for 12 months from the date of your request, after which it is reviewed for deletion.
How to request deletion
Email h@webuild.software and ask us to delete your record. This removes everything held about you — not just an unsubscribe — including all answers you gave.
How to unsubscribe
Every email we send you includes a one-click unsubscribe link. It takes effect immediately, needs no login, and stops future emails without deleting your underlying record.
What is never collected
Your IP or network address is never stored, anywhere.
